De Rigo Refrigeration, born from the merger of Surfrigo and Detroit brands, has been present in the commercial refrigeration sector for more than 50 years, with products designed and manufactured exclusively in Italy. During this long time De Rigo has always been present in the UAE market, changing its organization according to the specific needs of this area, in order to always satisfy customer’s needs.
Now the moment has come to further develop our support to the customers, offering 24/7 service and having a fix and more flexible presence on UAE market.
Therefore, we are glad to inform you that De Rigo Refrigeration appointed MMTS as its Xed service, maintenance, and installation company for all UAE market. This choice is of course not casual: since 2015 MMTS is installing and maintaining De Rigo Refrigeration cabinets and racks, also offering full turn-key solutions.
Mr. Rohit Vaddeboina, founder of MMTS, was trained in De Rigo factory in Italy, where he spent some months working together with our technicians. Today, Mr. Rohit, with the contribution of Mr. Samuel – our De Rigo historical Resident Sales Manager in UAE and Partner of MMTS – are also at disposal for any request of the customers, to whom they can grant a great and flexible Sales & Service offer, with a stable presence with teams of technicians in Dubai, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.
In addition, in order to have a widespread presence on the territory, in these years De Rigo built a network of local distributors, among which our historical distributor “Showracks” – with his wide and strategical Xion of De Rigo products always available in stock – stands out, granting an immediate delivery. This organisation permits our customers to decide how and where to buy our cabinets, directly from Italy (with or without 24/7 Service), or directly in UAE.
