DRR’s “turnkey” project for the remodelling in Quito, Ecuador, of the historic supermarket of our customer Santamaria. A total renovation of the store entrusted to De Rigo Refrigeration for the entire cold part, with the installation of a CO2 rack system, one of the first in Ecuador. A booster refrigeration system with a power of 97 Kw in medium temperature and 23 Kw in low temperature, completed by gas cooler and inter cooler.
This is the remodelling of an historic Santamaria store, opened in 1979. This is the location where an entrepreneurial history spanning 40 years began, and which now has 37 supermarkets throughout Ecuador.
Despite the difficulties of the historical moment that South America is experiencing, Santamaria has invested and renovated this supermarket, once again choosing De Rigo Refrigeration cabinets, cold rooms, refrigeration system and telemonitoring service.
