Investing in people has always been De Rigo Refrigeration’s commitment. Their personal and professional growth is one of the most important elements for our company, and it is with this in mind that we launched a training and group coaching pathway involving people from the Foreign Sales Department in collaboration with T•CoP.
The first meetings are dedicated to managing effective communication starting with listening and the correct way to ask questions to one’s interlocutor.
A creative path aimed at stimulating reflection and the exchange of ideas, in order to maximise the participants’ personal and professional potential, also with regard to the customer.
