Once again this year, we took a full day away from our usual work routine, stepping outside the office and coming together in a truly charming location surrounded by greenery, to focus on our professional and personal development.
We took part in four training sessions, rotating in groups and engaging with topics that are central to our company culture:
• Gender equality, to raise awareness and promote a fair and respectful workplace
• Cybersecurity, to protect data and information through responsible digital behaviors
• Self and interpersonal relationships, to take care of our well-being and both personal and professional relationships
• Diversity and inclusion, enriched by the inspiring testimony of Daniele Cassioli, who showed us how diversity can become a true resource and a driver of growth
It was a valuable experience, full of insights, new perspectives, and reflections, as well as an important opportunity to strengthen our team spirit. Coffee breaks and an outdoor lunch encouraged dialogue and sharing, making the experience even more meaningful.

The countdown has begun for EuroShop 2026, the world’s number one retail trade fair, taking place in Düsseldorf from 22 to 26 February 2026.

We are proud to share an important new milestone achieved together with Bingo d.o.o., our long-standing partner who has once again chosen De Rigo Refrigeration solutions for the new Bingo Hipermarket Stup, recently inaugurated in Sarajevo, in the Stup district.
Covering an area of 9,000 square meters, the store stands out for its high-efficiency and sustainable refrigeration system, integrating the latest technologies from our portfolio: Milos 2.0 serve over counters, Angel Doors vertical cabinets, Elba plug-in islands, and a CO₂ Advansor rack systems with heat recovery for sanitary water and heating, AC module for air conditioning, as well as the complete components for the cold rooms.
A combination of products designed to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.

Coaliment Andalucía has once again chosen DRR to setup the whole cold area of the latest COMERCO brand Cash & Carry store, recently opened in Torremolinos (Málaga) on the Costa del Sol.
After Motril, near Granada, and Conil De La Frontera along the Costa de la Luz, for this third store the customer has chosen vertical cabinets from the Euro Puket 2.0 line for the fresh products display area, Timor 2.0 for the frozen food sector, while for the assisted area serve-over counters from the Milos 2.0 range have been installed.
