300 people and a single objective: to grow together

In a continuously evolving work setting, investing in employee training is a fundamental strategic choice for every business that wants to stay competitive, innovative and attractive. A training day organised for one’s employees is not only a learning moment, but is also the chance to boost a sense of belonging, to improve skills and foster motivation.
Refreshing the skills and abilities of employees means facing daily challenges with greater efficacy, as well as aiding and increasing productivity and reducing the risk of errors. Plus, training helps people adapt to new technology, to changes in regulations and market dynamics, offering them concrete tools to improve their performance.
In addition to technical aspects, a day of training also helps the organisation’s well-being. it strengthens internal communication, fosters team work and creates a space for sharing and growth. Employees feel valued and an active part of the company’s project, with a positive impact on the work climate and staff retention.
In sum, dedicating time and resources to training means investing in human capital, a pillar to the long-term success and sustainability of the company. On a personal and human level, offering training provides many benefits, both immediate and long term:
Personal growth: greater awareness of oneself, for a better understanding of emotions, thoughts and behaviour.
Development of self-confidence and self-efficiency: to strengthen trust in one’s capacities and better manage one’s emotions.
Development of relational skills: to improve the ability to express oneself and listen.
Conflict management: for productive conflict resolution.
Mental health: to reduce stress and alleviate pressure in difficult times.
Adaptability to change: to boost mental flexibility and the ability to face new challenges.
For these reasons we dedicated an entire day to across-the board training, involving all of our workers in a programme full of content, conversations and motivation.
We put our daily routine on pause and left the building to dedicate our time to something fundamental: training that boosts people, not numbers.
The topics touched on fundamental aspects of our corporate culture and our future:
Gender equality: to build a truly inclusive environment, where every voice counts.
Cybersecurity: because IT security is everyone’s responsibility, every day.
Wellbeing: because people’s well-being is the primary motor of productivity and innovation.
Model 231 and Code of Ethics: to remind us that working with integrity is the first step towards generating value.
It’s not all about slides and theory, but about stories, experiences, questions (even tough ones) and many ideas to think about.
We believe that this is how corporate culture is built: one day at a time, all together.
