Our participation in Carriera 360° an important educational event in our region, allowed our HR teams to meet high school students, opening an authentic dialogue about what it means to work and grow professionally in a company today.
Rather than just discussing technical skills, we focused on a mindset built on core values: gender equality as a daily practice, sustainability as a tangible responsibility, and local roots as a springboard for global ambition.
